    heading2market is currently looking for a Lead Generation Team Leader to help drive the growth of our customers' products, solutions and services, mainly with new accounts. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Lead Generation Team Leader is responsible for advising a team that works closely with our customers' sale teams.

    Our clients are companies from different sectors, although technology predominates.

    You will be responsible for investigating and rating high-priority leads and prospects and call them to understand their needs with the ultimate goal of establishing a next qualified action for the sales team. Working closely with the marketing organization, you will follow up on incoming inquiries, develop enriching plans and share comments on the effectiveness of the marketing campaign. Day by day, you will be:

    • Managing and mentoring your team.
    • Provide advice to team members on research techniques and telephone skills.
    • Moving leads from an unqualified to a qualified stage
    • Booking demos and appointments
    • Working closely with our customers' sales teams
    • Qualifying and following-up of inbound inquiries
    • Performing research and intelligence gathering on prospects

    We want to meet with candidates who have:

    • 2 or more years of experience in sales or outbound market research
    • A good academic background, ideally with a bachelor's degree
    • Fluent communication in English, Catalan and Spanish
    • The desire to guide and manage a team of motivated people.
    • The ability to prioritise effectively and work independently
    • Knowledge of a technical marketplace and IT organizational structures.
    • A high level of comfort when interacting with potential customers on the phone and over Linkedin or email.
    • Knowledge of the sales process and familiarity with a CRM system.

    • Make sure that the potential customer is not interrupted during conversation or questions
    • Take information from potential customers regarding their specific product or service needs
    • Jot down all information on a piece of paper or directly on to the company database
    • Ask potential customers of a particular time when they will be free to receive calls
    • Set appointments with potential customers at their convenience
    • Express gratitude to potential customers for their time
    • Assign a member of the sales force to each potential customer by providing briefs of conversation and customer needs
    • Ensure that sales force member follows up with potential customers
    • Document all calls made to potential customers

You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help our customers grow by bringing them customers and developing business..

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
    • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
    • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
    • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
    • Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English
